Pamela Gold Waldo Corporate & Consumer Communications Taking great joy in helping people live the American Dream through business ownership, Pam has written over 80 articles on researching, buying and running franchise and business opportunities. Joining Franchise Solutions in 2001, she has built relationships with franchisees and franchisors throughout the world while working on articles about franchising and marketing projects for the franchise community. Her writings help to simplify the world of franchising for her readers, and inspire them to take control of their careers and build strong futures for themselves and their families. Owning a franchise leads to empowerment and Pam is excited to be a part of Franchise Solutions for Women's dedicated team. An avid horsewoman and outdoorswoman, prior to joining the Company, Pam worked for regional horse rescues and is an award-winning equine journalist. When not working, Pam enjoys the splendor of New England with her husband, Stephen, and their dog, Trooper, hiking in the White Mountains and cross country skiing in New Hampshire's woods, and she can often be found alongside or aboard her three mares, who range in age from one to nineteen. |

Sharon Dietrich Sales Operations Joining Franchise Solutions in October of 1997, Sharon has been with Franchise Solutions through its many changes, and has witnessed the growth of the roles of women in the world of franchising. She is Franchise Solutions' Sales Operations Manager, managing the sales team and maintaining relationships with franchisors throughout the world. Sharon is committed to helping women enter the world of franchising and is an active member of the IFA's Women's Franchise Committee. When not at work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog, as well as traveling, listening to music, and reading. She is also an accomplished motivational speaker and travels throughout New England for speaking engagements. |

Kim Woods, CFE Senior Client Consultant Since joining Franchise Solutions in 1999 and working as Senior Client Consultant for the past five years, Kim has developed strong relationships with franchisors and executives within the franchising community. She earned her CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) certification in March 2004, and regularly attends franchising events to keep up-to-date on the state of the franchise community. Having seen the successes that franchising can bring to people's lives, Kim has a deep interest in providing aspiring business owners access to new franchise concepts and business opportunities – her focus is to get the right opportunities in front of ideal prospective franchisees and she's extremely excited to be involved with Franchise Solutions for Women. Formerly a member of the Naval Reserves for over 10 years, Kim's Navy experience has enabled her to work with a wide variety of people in many different situations, and has helped her to gain a unique perspective on life and the world. She lives on the New Hampshire Seacoast with her husband, Ken and her Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Kobi. |
